Personal CRM

Track relationships, follow-ups, mentors, clients, investors, and partners.

The people who matter professionally, and when they were last spoken to. It surfaces the relationships going quiet before they go cold, and remembers the context that makes the next message not generic.

  • Nudges when an important relationship goes quiet
  • Notes on context - family, projects, what was promised

The market

Field clearedPersonal CRM
Every version required manual upkeep
Why it never stuck

Monica, Dex and a number of others all launched with an empty database and a data entry form. The maintenance came before the benefit, so most users stopped updating it within a few weeks.

What that leaves

Clay built the same concept for sales teams using automatic enrichment rather than manual entry, and reached $100M ARR in November 2025. The constraint that limited personal CRM has now been solved in an adjacent market.

This is an assessment rather than a sourced forecast. Demand was never the issue; data entry was. The version worth building populates itself, priced at $12 a month.

Why this audience

This audience is building a network deliberately: mentors, clients, partners, collaborators. They know relationships decay from neglect rather than conflict. Being told which ones have gone quiet is valuable to people who treat their network as an asset.

Fifty thousand paying users is the ceiling every one of these pages is drawn against, not a forecast. It opens at a thousand, the bottom of the range, so the first figures you see are the modest ones. What the cap buys is comparability: the same range on every app, and the percentage of the audience it takes as the number that moves.

Is this the one for your audience?

We fund it, build it, and run it. You bring the audience and take a share of the revenue. Nothing to pay and nothing to build.
